We welcome local vendors, makers, growers, bakers, food vendors, community groups, and exhibitors. Please complete the application below with accurate details about your business and booth.
Rules and Regulations
- Submitting an application to the Ajax Vendor Market doesn't guarantee participation. Each application is reviewed, and the Ajax Vendor Market team will contact you if you're selected.
- We may limit vendors offering similar products, but no vendor has exclusive rights to any particular product.
- You are responsible for your own tables, chairs, tents, and any equipment you need. Any temporary structures must be safely weighted--no stakes in the ground. If not secured properly, the team can require their removal.
- From the start until the market's closing time, you or your staff must be present at your booth.
- Your booth should be clean and meet all health and legal standards. Sales or promotions outside your booth space are not allowed. Only approved items may be sold or sampled.
- A week before the event, you'll receive an information package with setup details and rules.
- Alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, and any illegal items are strictly prohibited--no exceptions.
- All pricing must be clearly visible. Payment, insurance, and health forms, if applicable, must be submitted within three weeks of confirmation.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in your removal without refund.
Fees, payment instructions, insurance requirements, and setup details will be sent to selected applicants.
