Food Vendor Compliance Requirement

Upon acceptance of your food vendor application, you must apply for the required permit from the Durham Region Health Department no later than 45 days prior to your booth’s scheduled setup date.

We welcome local vendors, makers, growers, bakers, food vendors, community groups, and exhibitors. Please complete the application below with accurate details about your business and booth.

The application form now creates the vendor account, collects booth/date preferences, and sends everything to admin for review. After approval, the account is unlocked and the invoice/booking can be generated from the same admin area.
