If organizers cancel: You get either a free transfer to another date or a full refund. If you cancel: Request a full refund at least 72 hours before the event. If you want to change dates: Request the transfer at least 48 hours before the event. After the deadlines: Your booking fee is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

If you’ve applied to the Ajax Vendor Market and your application gets approved, you must have a permit from the Durham Region Health Department. If you already have a valid permit, please call the Health Department and let them know the dates you’ll be operating at the Ajax Vendor Market. If you have not applied yet, submit your permit application as soon as possible, as the approval process takes about forty-five days.
